Rules and Conditions For Hall and Lawn bookings

1. The full amount has to be paid in lump sum at the time of lawn and hall reservation. Without that, there will be no reservation.

2. Once the lawn and hall are reserved, the reservation cannot be canceled for any reason.

3. Booking amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation of reservation due to unavoidable reasons. After the reservation is given in writing to the office by the reservation holder, if the date of the canceled reservation is given in front of the previous date or if any program is ever held, the advance will not be refunded. According to the government order, if the lawn and Mangal karyalay are closed during Corona period, the advance will not be returned.

4. 3000/- additional couple will be charged in case of marriage / reception of more than one couple from same family.

 5. The custodian will be responsible for the permanent balance between the lawn and the hall. If any goods are lost, broken / damaged, the cost of the goods will have to be compensated at the market price.

6. Management will not be responsible for power failure in lawn and hall, water motor pump failure, generator shutdown.

7. In case of drinking in the lawns and auditoriums and acts which disturb the peace, it will be the responsibility of the guard to report to the police.

8. Management shall not be responsible for theft of any valuables in the lawns and halls or in the premises or for human or financial loss due to natural or human error.

9. Only those who book the lawn and auditorium will have the right to speak.

10. Management shall not be held responsible for injury to worker or any other person or casual mishap occurring in lawn and hall or premises.

11. You will get the decorations that are placed in the lawn at that time.

12. Firecrackers cannot be burst in the lawn and hall premises. In case of breach, a fine of Rs 500 will be charged from the security deposit.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR THE HALL

1) Hall possession time will be from 8.00 PM to 4.00 PM. 1000 per hour will be charged for using the additional hall if the hall is not reserved beyond this time.

2) Room occupation will be from 8 pm to 4 pm Lawn occupation from 4 pm to 11 pm.

3) Electricity bill used will be Rs.2000/ per event.

4) There is no generator arrangement in the lawn, the party has to do it themselves.

5) The goods lost or vandalized will have to be compensated at the market price as per the new price.

6) The full amount has to be deposited in the hall 15 days prior to the event; the party itself will be responsible for the reservation without deposit.           7) Security Deposit Rs.3,000/- Must be deposited. The remaining amount will be returned through check after 2 to 3 days after complete settlement.

8) Police permission in written form should be submitted to the office if DJ wants to play. Without it the DJ cannot play.

Hall and Lawn free for 500 people in 1,00,000/- only with a standard menu.
