Terms and Condition

1)     Rs. 1500/- rent will be charged per room extra.

2)     Bring your own Lock & Key to lock the rooms.

3)     It will be compulsory to take the Bichhayat Goods from the hall including Decoration.

4)      Decoration and Bichhayat Goods charges will have to be paid separately if not include in package.

5)      Rs. 25/- per unit for Electricity usage will be charged.

6)     Rs. 2000/- will be Charge as Cleaning charges.

7)      Rs. 5000/- will be charged for Generator usage if light goes off, and Diesel will remain with the party.

8)      Hall Timings from 8 PM on the previous day to 6 PM on the next day.

9)     Lawn time will be from 8 AM to 12 PM only.

10) Kitchen cleaning charge Rs. 2000/- need to pay.

11) Wastage and garbage should be carried out side.

12)The Hall and Lawn must be taken down within the time, otherwise Rs. 2000/- will be charge hourly.

13) The full amount has to be deposited 15 days before the function.

14) The reservation maker will be responsible for all the belongings in the premises.

15) The premises have to be used for the purpose for which it is reserved. Cannot be used for other work.

16) In case booking is canceled due to any reason, your money will be refunded if the date is rebooked. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.  Amount taken at the time of booking is non-refundable.

17)  Bursting of firecrackers in the hall is strictly prohibited. Dhol or Band and DJ. Playing is strictly prohibited.

18) DJ in the lawn. Playing of musical instruments such as Dhol speakers will be allowed till 10 pm.

19) If a caterer is contracted to make reservations, it will be mandatory to take all the necessary items from the premises. The full responsibility of this will remain with the reservation maker. Its bill will be taken from the reservation maker.

20) Bhavan will not be responsible for any natural calamity in the facilities available.

21) No goods shall be taken out of the premises without permission.

22) Wages of 3 Security Guards Rs.1200/- will have to be paid to the reservation maker for looking after the parking arrangement.

23) The manager reserves the right to modify the above rules without any prior notice.

26) In case of excess tax by the Municipal Corporation in future, reservation maker will have to be paid.

27) Bursting of waste firecrackers in the lawn and above the stage of the hall is strictly prohibited.
