TERMS AND CONDITION

Booking:- Booking charges of Rs………. is paid at the time of booking, which would not be refundable on any alteration or cancelation of booking date unless the date is booked again.

Belongings:- The hirer and their guests have to take care of their own belongings. The management shall not be responsible for any loss of belongings.

Safety Precautions:- The hirer should refrain from the use/storage of hazardous/ inflammable material, Incase of any accident the hirer will be solely responsible for the losses and the consequences.

 Damages:- A) The hirer shall be responsible for the loss of room keys and remotes of TV/AC by the guests should be bound to do so.

B) The hirer shall be responsible for pasting/sticking anything on walls/doors or paintings made by alta/sindhoor or any other material on any wall of the rooms/hall/lawn.

Catering and Decoration: - Catering and Decoration would strictly be provided by the management and the charges for the same should be finalized before booking.

Management rights:- A) Management reserves absolute right of admission to any person in the premises and to request any guest to vacate the premises without prior notice and without any reason whatsoever, and the guest should be bound to do so.

 B) Management would make best efforts to provide efficient service. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances if the function is disturbed guests shall not raise any objection and then should try to cope with management.

C) Management will not provide room service.

D) Management would try to make best possible efforts in providing TV/AC services. However in case of technical emergency the guest would have to wait till technicians are available.

Government rules and Regulations:- A) Guests are requested to observe the government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, fire arms & abide by the Supreme Court order after 10:00PM DJ/orchestra will not be allow.

B) The hirer and guest should refrain from storage/consumption of any kind of liquor in our premises avoiding which could lead to legal action against the hirer.

Amendments:-  The management reserves the rights to add or alter or amend any of the above terms and conditions and rules.

Electricity/Generator:- A) Electricity would be charged @ Rs per unit.

B) Generator (if needed) would be charged @ Rs per hour including diesel.

C) Meter reading would be taken as working in the kitchen begins
